Natalie writes… I am pretty sure that the Concord Neo Carbon is the most expensive pushchair on the UK market at present. With a prictag of £1699 and I’m sure that’s excluding ‘extras’ this is one serious chunk of cash on wheels. So what’s so special about it? Handmade in Germany, it’s a pushchair first […]

The Pushchair Track: Small Paul by Paul Frank Bugaboo Chameleon Accessories
I love Small Paul by Paul Frank gear and their collaboration with Bugaboo to provide tailored fabric sets in their famous prints as well as four footmuffs, and two blankets. I reckon this one slipped off my radar because it seems to have been a US announcement from a couple of months back, with plans […]
The Pushchair Track: Cosatto Diablo
Natalie writes… I spotted Mel B using the Cosatto Diablo over at Celebrity Baby Blog, so of course I had to check it out! Stepping onto the pushchair scale and weighing in at 7.5kg, whilst it’s technically a lightweight pushchair, it’s one of the heavier ones – 1.5kg+ heavier than its counterparts. Where it is […]
The Pushchair Track: Quinny Zapp
Natalie writes… I think it’s fairly safe to say that the Quinny Zapp totally changed the way people thought about lightweight pushchairs. The four-wheeled umbrella fold dominated and then along came the Quinny Zapp, a three wheeler that can become a travel system with a Maxi Cosi Cabriofix car seat. Weighing a very lightweight 6kg, […]
The Pushchair Track: Micralite Toro
Natalie writes… I’m quite a fan of the pushchair we almost owned, the Micralite Fastfold, and the Micralite Toro is a bigger variation with a difference; instead of having the hammock style seat of the Fastfold that gives that distinctive look, it has a typical pushchair seat so it can recline fully – The Fastfold […]
The Pushchair Track: Air Buggy Mimi
Aimed at the parent who wants to do a bit of everything, so pushing through busy urban streets to long walks, this is a 3-wheeler that I imagine competes with the likes of Phil and Teds and Baby Joggers but to name a few…. It’s got a streamlined appearance but surprisingly, this doesn’t translate into manouevrability based on the fact that whilst the front wheel does swivel as you’d expect, it doesn’t go into a fixed position so God help you if you end up anywhere particularly uneven and forget rough terrain.
The Pushchair Track: Brio ‘Go’ Travel System
Natalie writes… I’m a huge Brio fan, owning a number of their toys and I have plans to buy their Sleep Cotbed for ‘baby 2’, and now I see that they’re making a play for a spot in the fiercely competitive travel system market with their Brio ‘Go’ Travel System. I love the distinctive style […]
The Pushchair Track: Limited Edition Marc Jacobs Bugaboo
Natalie writes… I got super excited when eagle-eyed Kat informed me that Bugaboo has gone and done a bit of a one better moment and is planning to launch a limited edition Marc Jacobs Bugaboo Chameleon. Some of you may already know about the limited edition Quinny collection by HenriK Vibskov which is going on […]
The Pushchair Track: Phil and Teds Sport
Natalie writes… Well as I’m pregnant with ‘baby 2’, it’s only right that I feature the pushchair that I’m going to purchase (either this or the Vibe which will be featured soon). If you’re looking for a double buggy and don’t want to take up most of the pavement, the Phil and Ted’s Sport is […]
The Pushchair Track: The Bugaboo Chameleon
I have a lot of friends who own Bugaboo Chameleon’s and honestly, even though it may get knocked by the likes of Which?, the consumer magazine and highly rated products reviewer, not one of my friends has a bad word to say about it. Why is it loved so much? Well whilst it’s certainly no […]
The Pushchair Track: The Maclaren Techno XLR Travel System
Natalie writes… The lightweight pushchair and travel system market is fiercely competitive and the Maclaren Techno XLR Travel System combines the two. This travel system takes the Maclaren XT, enhances it with some additional features like a reversible seat liner, lined hood, and a head hugger and apron and then steps into the unusual territory […]
The Pushchair Track: Nipabout 3 in 1 Travel System
Natalie writes… For the next while, we have The Pushchair Track, a daily feature where I’ll be highlighting at least one pushchair or pram plus must have accessories every day because I realise that there are a hell of a lot out there on the market. Naturally it’ll only be stylish (but functional) numbers but […]
The Pushchair Track: Inglesina Classica Pram
Natalie writes… Perfect for the traditionalist whose budget doesn’t stretch to to Silver Cross heights, the Inglesina Classica Pram is a nostalgic ride for your bambino that will certainly turn a few heads on those strolls through the park. Inglesina have been producing them for over 40 years and the design hasn’t changed. They’re crafted […]
The Pushchair Track: Mamas and Papas Pliko Pramette – Reduced
Natalie writes… When we were shopping around for a pushchair last year, the Mamas and Papas Pliko Pramette made it onto our shortlist. We felt compelled to check it out as so many people we knew were buying them and it really is ideal if you want a lightweight travel system. It’s won a host […]
The Pushchair Track: Britax Baby Safe Sleeper
Natalie writes… The baby products industry can be a funny one because when I was researching pushchairs and car seats whilst pregnant with the bambino, the concept of lie flat car seats seemed to be generally pooh poohed and not the done thing in the UK with it being a more continental behaviour. But it […]
The Pushchair Track: Limited Edition Butchers Stripe Maclaren Quest
Natalie writes… I have been wanting to feature this buggy from the Maclaren Objects of Design Collection which has included pushchairs from the likes of Phillipe Starck and Lulu Guiness. It’s a Butchers Stripe limited edition version of the Maclaren Quest and it’s to celebrate 40 years since the founder Owen Maclaren invented the first […]

Buyers Guide: What to consider when buying a stylish pushchair
Natalie writes…Buying a pushchair can be an agonising decision, especially when you’re trying to balance your style sensibilities with function, so here is my guide to helping you make that decision. Aside from the style aesthetics, you need to consider suitability from birth (padding and lie flat options), travel system capability, handle style and height, […]

We know that BG has a lot of dedicated Stokke fans so we just wanted to quickly show you this image and video of the new Stokke Crusi, the new pushchair solution from the Norwegian favourites. Taking much of what we already love about the Stokke Xplory and going to the next level by […]
Kat’s 3rd Baby and Fantasy Shopping List
Boy am I excited to be announcing that we are expecting our third child next Spring. When I dreamed about having a family of my own three was always the magic number so I am thrilled that we have been lucky enough to make it this far. I was so tired and ill early on […]
Coming Soon: Mylo Travel System by Mamas and Papas
A few nursery industry peeps I know that were out in Cologne for the recent Kid + Jugend trade fair were supremely impressed with Mamas and Papas launch at the show – the Mylo travel system. I think Kat said it best when she said it looks like a Bugaboo Bee/Stokke Xplory hybrid, which is […]
