It’s an owl! There, that got your attention, didn’t it? So, another day, another load of Bubble gorgeousness. This should appeal to the more green-minded among you – it’s our pick of a few organic goodies we tracked down at the show.
First up, is a label we spotted up in Bubble G.U.M. and the people behind our feathered friend above, Living Crafts. The German brand has impeccable eco credentials at every stage of the production process – think woodland-themed bodysuits and super-soft hoodies in a muted palette of teal, burnt orange and purple.
Next, we come to London-based Fozia. Again, the cotton range is 100% organic, so soft and safe for little ones. We lusted after the Japanese wave-print bodysuits in an array of shades – loving the colour combos of plum and turquoise and lime and chocolate.
Ethical brand Frugi is always a favourite and the autumn/winter collection didn’t disappoint – a rainbow of colours with beautiful appliques (animals, boats, flowers) on t-shirts, mega-cute dungarees and dresses. Best find? These leaf green cords – too adorable for words!
Our highlight at the Piccalilly stand was the new range of large, printed muslins, perfect for swaddling, although we did also harbour affection for the jolly striped towelling cover-ups – the cold weather had clearly turned our thoughts to sunny beach holidays!
Finally, Little Green Radicals. A brand, previously best-known for its eco slogans (I only eat Organic Chips and Give Peas a Chance are probably the most recognisable), but the new collection featured cool contrasting stripes, deer, owls and other BG chums. We likey.
And if you’re wondering where Green Baby and Aravore are don’t worry, we’re doing a separate post on these big hitters next week. Plus, some exciting eco shoes.
