In the past, I did new links roundups on a Monday but this has now moved to a Friday and will be part of a news roundup about the week at Bambino Goodies.
New Sites
Luxeville – A really great collection of accessories, clothing, and toys for very stylish parents in very stylish homes!
The Toy Forest – An instant favourite for lots of really innovative fun and educational toys for kids. [via Babygadget]
Stellina Baby – Lots of yummy cashmere. Even though it’s kind of summer, I can’t help but last after their beautiful, colourful cashmere clothing.
Isabooties – The bambino will be roadtesting these very soon! Lots of lovely animal free, breathable baby booties and shoes.
Bombarock – Quirky store with some highly eccentric bibs including skull prints!
thornback&peel – I think I am in lust! Really unusual baby and childrens t-shirts and babygros with bugs, beetles, and lobsters on it. plus amazing wallpaper, and cushions.
Rockettstgeorge – Quite frankly there are too many things for me to rave about right now, nut hotfoot it to their kids section and check out the amazing wall stickers.
Globalkids – A little haven full of organic and fair traded products with very fair delivery of £1.95!
Look out for posts soon from all of the retailers featured. Would you like to suggest your store?
New Contributors and more reviews and features
It’s quite exciting having new contributors, not least because my brain will be prevented from turning into mush as I try to juggle too many things! Adding fresh perspective, insights, and finds from mums from a variety of backgrounds, Bambino Goodies is about to get a whole lot bigger – woohoo!
The number of posts on the blog will be gradually increasing but what I am most excited about is being able to do more reviews and group features. Plus, having fabulous new voices to coolhunt the best of what’s out there for mums and babies means that I can spend some time adding some new features to the blog…like the new Amazon store. Lookout for updates!
Interesting Reading
The Times has got a really inspiring and exciting article on ‘mumpreneurs’ – Ooh, I guess that’s what I am!
This led to me doing a bit of searching and finding a feature also about mumpreneurs on Babyworld where you can read some pretty interesting stories of life on the up when women start doing it for themselves.
