When my daughters were younger, they were obsessed with Peekaboo Barn, Wild and Forest and app makers Night & Day Studios have taken the peekaboo game with charming graphics concept to the kitchen with their new app launched yesterday.
In Peekaboo Fridge, this time the fridge shakes and rustles and your child presses on it and the fridge opens and they’re greeted by a sound making foodie friend such as eggs, carrots, and milk giving little ones a memorable food lesson.
My girls (3 and 5) tested it out and loved the music and fought over taking turns to tap the fridge but I do think it has more appeal for younger app users as there’s not enough going on to hold older users attention for too long. I would have loved something to happen if the drawers or cupboards were tapped on. £1.49 for iPhone and iPad plus it will also be available for Android devices from September.
