We love Ilovegorgeous, their girls clothing gets right to the heart of what every little girl would like to wear. The entire collection is filled with clothes made for twirling and frivolity. I am very excited to be showing you some highlights from the Autumn Winter 2008 collection.
When Natalie and I visited their stand at Bubble a couple of months ago she picked up this dress and I thought there may be a danger she wouldn’t give it back. The Boogie Nights Dress is a fantastic lurex creation right out of the seventies. It comes in either gold or silver and will have your little girl disco-ing every time she puts it on. £83.
This Pidge Cord Dress (love the name!) is a wardrobe staple. It is made from soft baby chord. The chest is sheared and has hand embroidered roses. It comes in either turquoise or raspberry. £60.
ToddlerGeek has to have one of these! I promise she will love it and wear it every day until she grows out of it. The Ric Rac Dress is made from floaty crepe, lined with soft cosy brushed cotton and has jersey sleeves. It has a delicate print across the body of the dress and three lines of ric rac across the chest. The sleeves pick up the contrasting colour of the crepe fabric and are gathered at the wrist. This dress has to be my favourite as it really brings gorgeous design to the everyday. £56.
Before we know it the Winter party season will be upon us. This combination is both fun and sparkly which is surely a winner. The cardigan is cashmere lurex and the skirt a two tiered layered net. I can see this as an outfit for a winter wedding or even Christmas day. Every little girl needs something like this in their wardrobe! Cardi £55 & Skirt £48.
