Last week saw me popping to Home Barn again, (I told you about my last visit), and once again I swooned at the loveliness on offer for our little ones.  New items included Ercol dot chairs,  I think I spotted yellow and red dots, 1950s games, vintage alphabet blocks and a Tri-ang Tin Horse Box Truck which I was particularly keen on! Basically lots of items perfect for styling your little one’s space. The list of ‘wants’ for me personally, could be a long one, but if I had to choose it would be a plan chest and some lockers which aren’t on their website. Most of their goodies, aren’t on their website so worth a visit!
The reason I was at Home Barn was to take part in a photography workshop. It was brilliant. Inspiring, and for the first time EVER I was able to use my camera in manual mode. I took the photos on this page with my new found skills, and importantly, know what adjustments I should have made on my camera to improve them. Home Barn is the perfect venue for a workshop, so if you have a camera sitting there gathering dust, or your an independent who needs to photograph your products better, this is the workshop for you. You can find Home Barn just off junction 4 of the M40.
