Holidaying or camping with toddlers is often stressful as they find it difficult to settle in unknown environments – they’re often too big for a travel cot, but not yet old enough to sleep safely in a bed. The brilliant BundleBeds have come up with a fab solution – the Tot-2-Ten travel bed. Cosy and comfy, Tot-2-Ten offers a familiar sleeping space for little ones (have a practice run at home before you go), with a self-inflating mattress, covered in a waterproof sheet, with super-soft brushed cotton jersey duvet and pillowcase in two designs (Space and Happy Camper).
It rolls and fastens in the same way as the classic BundleBed, but you have the option to add inflatable bumpers for wriggly customers – I really wish these had been around when Kitty was little as we always found her on the floor of the tent in the morning. As the name suggests, Tot-2-Ten is designed to last throughout early childhood (the mattress has a ten-year guarantee) and hopefully passed down after that. It will retail at £200, but you can pre-order for £150 (25% off with an Early Riser deal) and your bed will be delivered by June. I know I go on about BundleBeds a lot, but they are genuinely brilliant – we’ve had ours three years and they look as good as new, despite being chucked in the car and unrolled and unzipped for camping trips festivals, sleepovers and staycations.
