Cosatto is definitely one of those brands that quietly sneaking up on you and gaining in popularity. They tend to go for quite vibrant shades even when they have limited colour options and are in the mid price category of pushchairs.
Whilst they do position themselves as lightweight, it’s the chassis of the Cosatto Mobi 3 in 1 actually weighs 8.2kg and the overall weight with the seat unit is 12.4 kg, putting this at the upper end of weight for a travel system.
It’s a 3-wheeler which lets you use it as a pushchair, pram, or with the car seat on it, making it a versatile travel system. The seat faces in either direction and reclines into lie flat mode and as removable and washable covers.
It unfolds automatically with numbered release buttons that make it foldable even when you have grandparents grumbling about how different pushchairs are these days, plus it folds down quite compactly. The pneumatic, quick release tyres can make it smaller, and it’s got lockable, swivelling front wheels for manoeuvrability. There’s an impressive shopping basket which looks nice and deep which I do prefer to shallow and wide and it’s got an adjustable handlebar.
You’ll need the Mobi 0+ car seat and you can use this on the pushchair with the adaptors supplied.
What a lot of parents will like is a four year guarantee!
It comes in three colours cherry, ember (that’s black), or ink-blue with a contrasting print fabric on the inside. You get the footmuff, all weather gear and a changing bag with it too.
RRP £498 with the car seat. Oliver’s Babycare currently have it on offer for £346.
