Yes that is a pushchair that you see standing up on its own. UPPABaby, the US brand behind the Vista travel system that I featured a few weeks back is making some major rustles on the pushchair block with its latest design, the G-Luxe .
Aside from being cool enough to stand on its own when folded (I’ve seen it with my own eyes), it’s also one of the lightest umbrella fold pushchairs around as it’s just over 5kg. Other touches that impressed me was the break is at the handle, the built in drop-down SPF shade, the removable cup holder, the one handed recline, the triggers for opening are up near your hands and have nothing to do with your feet, easy to remove washable covers and the list goes on. Quite frankly just too cool for school. It’s due out in July (I’ll update of course when its available) and it comes in three colours (only red, black, and blue in the UK). RRP £150
