As an avid book reader with a toddler that certainly appears to love books, I can’t imagine not flicking pages when I get the chance to read, or reading stories to her in silly voices as she chuckles to herself or forces me to go back a page. So as a gadget lover, I won’t be tempted (yet) to buy the Nabaztag Rabbit, a wi-fi enabled rabbit that communicates all sort of content to you from t’internet.
Adopt the cute little thing, set up all the things you want it to do, and sit back and enjoy the quirkiness. From texts, to emails, to updates from your favourite sites, to music, and many other types of content available online, the Nabaztag Rabbit is one busy little bunny. It will also obey voice commands and will even recognise certain objects.
Within the next few days (it says mid September) will be sold with three Ladybird books: Goldilocks and the Three Bears, Cinderella, and The Elves and the Shoemaker. Move the Nabaztag Rabbit’s ears to navigate through the chapters and the book has a memory so when you present the book to it next time around, it will remember where you left off.
God, the more I write about this, the more I imagined this sitting on my desk, entertaining me! It could read all of my RSS feeds for me. I wonder if it replies to emails….
The RRP will be £115 and as soon as I find out where it’s on sale, I shall update the post.
