Today our focus moves to older children, those aged five to seven. BG's Finn falls into this category and, as well as being a massive bookworm, loves nothing more than drawing and creating. This age is perfect for kick-starting a love of arts and crafts, as well as the great outdoors (think nature observation, shelter building) and science and technology - activity kits make great gifts. Small world and role play are still popular with this age group, as is dressing up, if the BG gang is anything to go by!
Don't forget to look at our guides for Babies, Preschoolers, Subscriptions, Stockings & Sacks and Advent Calendars and keep an eye out for children aged over eight coming up soon.
