During the first lockdown 2 of my boys built an entire village out of cardboard boxes, clothes airers, sticks and sheets! Basically anything they could lay their hands on. It took over the entire garden! X

A good few days! It slowly got dismantled and items dragged inside! ?
I think one of the best things I made with my girls was a paper mache planet system that they loved painting and we hung on a clothes hanger.

We bought a few beautiful bits of Grimms wooden toys when our eldest was small. It has now between loved by all three kids and they often get it all out and make wonderful towers and things from it. The eldest is now 12 so it’s definitely been well loved!

Open-ended play is the best – one of my favourite things is when my two (10 and 13) get Grimms or Kapla out and create with them. Magical.
