I had palpitations when I spotted Sarah Elwick‘s beautiful blankets on Instagram. They just tick so many boxes. Bright (available in fluoro or primary colourways). Tick. Modern (check out that geometric design). Tick. Soft (made from fine gauge merino wool). Tick. Made in Britain (Sarah is acutally a fellow Brightonian and the blankets are made in Shetland). Tick. Quirky (each comes with a fabulous card featuring an illustration of the blanket by Sarah Dyer – another Brighton gal, it’s a creative place!). Big tick. I can guarantee you’ll get loads of compliments if you take one of these out for a spin on your buggy and they’re sure to become heirloom pieces.
