With my own choice of cot being the Leander Cotbed, it might be assumed that I’d love the Squaring Alto Bed from Living Space UK, but it didn’t tickle my fancy. This is ideal for the parent who wants the clean, adult look for their children’s room. You need a pretty clean living child for this bed too!
Over at Babygadget, they suggest that this is for the parent that doesn’t want to “compromise on the grown-up look of their home with cutesy, childish design”. That’s a pretty accurate assessment of it and if you’re that type of parent, great, but for me, despite the padding and the lowness of the bed, it feels too adult. I mean look at the picture! That does not look like a kid lives in there!
Ideal for: Style fiends, people who love their kids to be seen and not heard 😉
They do however, have more child-friendly looking beds that don’t compromise on the adult look (pictured right)…
There are no prices on the website, which to me says muchos money and don’t ask if you like a bargain!
