There’s a stellar line-up for this year’s South Ken Kids’ Festival, where guests include Axel Scheffler, Quentin Blake and Michael Rosen. Held at the Institut Francais, between 17 and 23 November, it offers a combination of meet the author events, hands-on workshops with children’s book illustrators and animated films. Our highlights include Okido’s skeleton puppet making session, a Q&A with Judith Kerr and the chance to create a miniature illustrated book with Benjamin Chaud. The workshops are very popular and have limited space, so book quickly.
