I’ve lost count of the number of Sophie La Girafes I’ve bought over the years. Alfie and Kitty had at least two each (they were so loved that we always had a back-up in case one was lost) and I’ve bought them for most friends’ babies. My two adored their Sophies – absolutely indispensable during tooth troubles and super-cute to boot. Made from Hevea rubber, the French icon celebrated her 60th birthday this month. Suitable from birth, Sophie is 100% natural, made using the same closely guarded method as when it first launched and painted using food grade paint.
