It was a major cuteness alert when we were sent the owl version of these Stephen Joseph quilted backpacks. Padded, light, and roomy, owl fiends that we are, as soon as Saria saw it, she squealed in delight and packed it up, much to the chagrin of Nia who also has her almost 16 month old eye on it. Featuring embroidered and appliquéd cutesy details, there are 18 styles to choose from with your typical cars, tractors, balls, dinosaurs, princess although we favoured the owl and monkey the most. I nicked it and comfortably packed it up with nappies etc for a day out and it’s also a great size for school and they can even get them personalised for an extra £6.50. Otherwise they’re £16.49 including postage from Becky and Lolo.
