New Little Bird

I have a love/hate relationship with Jools' Oliver's Little Bird range for Mothercare. On the one hand, some of my favourite ever high-street pieces are Little Bird (fairytale pyjamas, rainbow dungarees, undersea sundress), on the other I haven't bought much from the past couple of seasons. It's definitely love for the latest collection though – a return to defiantly retro designs that I'm sure I recall owning as a child in the 80s. Think denim, velour, rainbows, applique and ricrac trim. There are also new home and stationery items and even a buggy in signature prints. I've picked a few of my favourites below.
