Isabella Oliver have launched their spring/summer 2009 collection which is now available for pre-order. The collection as always features their signature wrapping and introduces some new shades to their colour palette, with my favourite being ‘insignia’ which you can see on the oh so sexy midi kimono wrap dress, £130, on the left. I’ve always been a huge fan of this colour which is a bit of a ‘Is it rich blue or deep purple?’ shade and extremely flattering.
They of course have black and white throughout the collection but they have also introduced another colour with a rich coffee shade.
As always, they have come up trumps with another a-mazing coat with The Trapeze Trench, £185, on the right. Available in white (for the very brave if you don’t want to get it marked by kids…or pollution) or tan, it goes from wide swing coat to several belted looks in a style minute.
Definitely a collection to check out although it isn’t for those on a tight budget! They are what I regard as investment pieces but they’re classic and can be worn pregnant or not, so they’re certainly made to last.
