When I was The Baby Show recently, I had the pleasure of chatting with a few of the ladies from Huddle & Bliss who we’ve been fans of ever since Brenda discovered their 48 Hour Mama and Baby Bag which Natasha Kaplinskey’s husband brought for her – Oh to be loaded!
Of course it wouldn’t be me if I didn’t try to blag a £425 bag of goodies (I was unsuccessful…) but they did gift me with two lovely items from their new body and skincare range which they have been working on for the past year. Everything has been hand made here in the UK with 100% natural and botanical ingredients that smell of the subtle blends of essential oils.
I have been slathering my bump in their Mama Bump Balm (£8.75) which smells amazing with essential oils like bergamot, neroli, and lavender. It has a rougher consistency when you first take it out of the jar and immediately smooths out into a delectable smelling balm all over my worn out stomach…There’s no residue on my clothes and I smell pretty foxy even if I do say so myself! The balm is supposed to promote skin-elasticity and calm irritation and itchiness so I really look forward to using this when I hit the final itchy few weeks next year.
I’ve also been trying out their Mama Bath & Massage Oil (also £8.75) which has the same ingredients and you can put a few drops in the bath to help calm and soothe you or massage into your skin. With all my recent back ache, the boyf will be on serious massage duty with this!
There are quite a few more items in the collection including bum balm (for your bambino not you), top to toe wash, and Labour of Love Bath Oil for invigorating and energising you during childbirth. Everything has introductory prices so I can only imagine that prices will be going up soon, so strike now whilst you can!
