Ooh, there’s a new clothing brand at Little Fashion Gallery and even though it’s scorchio outside, I have forgotten the sun as cast my mind ahead to autumn/winter.
Lili and The Funky Boys is the brainchild of Paris based Dutch designer, Esther Loonen, who has a background in designing women’s luxury wear. She has now switched her talent to designing clothing for children aged 3 months to two years, in sumptuous fabrics and combining her Nordic and French influences.
She’s into subtle structures and shapes and her collection of high end babywear focuses on layering with key pieces with some of them being able to be worn individually, like the tunics/dresses. Everything has a luxurious, cosy, box style feel about it with lots of grey, a dash of mustard, and varying shades of brown.
Check out her new collection at Little Fashion Gallery.
I love the Mini Lord outfit pictured which combines an embroidered jacket, a high necked jumper, and knitted breeches. The jacket could also be worn as a blouse and the overall outfit is full of beautiful, subtle tailoring that certainly shows Esthers womenswear background. The Mini Lord outfit is £123.
