If I had a boy and he had a few special occasions coming up, I’d be all over this divine suit by Jake & Maya, the homegrown label created by the owner of Monsters and Munchkins, the stylish boutique for kids. Named after her two twin toddlers, Tze’s new collection features beautiful, well-cut, mini-chic pieces that could give French luxury label Bonpoint a good run for their money!
The funky boys suit is a seriously hot buy with its oversize buttons, contrasting trim, and details around the pocket. Wear as a suit, mix with the white 3/4 length trousers, or ‘cas’ it up a bit with a t-shirt and shorts to extend the wear. Cool clothing for boys is not plentiful like it is for girls; supercool suits are an even bigger struggle!
Whilst these aren’t ‘high street’ prices, they aren’t crippling designer prices either, and Tze hasn’t compromised on the style aesthetics or quality. The jacket is £89 and the trousers £57 and it takes about 1-2 weeks for delivery as they’re handmade here in the UK. Even cooler, sizes start from birth (and go up to 5 years) – it’s never too early to get your boy flexing his dapper cool muscles!
