It’s been a while since we featured Isossy Children, a London-based brand mixing African, Asian and Western influences for a contemporary aesthetic. Nigerian designer Amanda understands the challenge when trying to source African print garments for kids as the traditional styles, while lovely, often turn your child into a mini adult.
Isossy has a staple of firm favourites in the collection which show up each season and may have the odd tweak here or there. Collars are a big trend and I’m loving the Ola’s Peter Pan collar mixed with a muted top to break up the print, plus it has the added detail of the braces-like detail. Available in sizes from 2-12 (I love a brand that doesn’t halt at the younger years), the Ola dress is £35.
