If you’re someone who’s just getting their head around what to buy for your impending arrival, let me fill you in on something – you will soon come to think of muslins as one of life’s essentials. They can be used for almost everything: sunshades, towels, breast feeding shields, changing mats, blankets, burp cloths, flannels and the list goes on. They do look kind of boring though.
Ikea have created a funky set of muslins which will give your collection a colour boost. For £2.99 you get a set of three muslins. One is white, one is striped and one has some crazy creatures on it. They come in either red or blue and measure 70 x 70 cm. Seeing as Ikea is always packed with pregnant women (enough to make a girl broody) no doubt you’ll be off there soon. Just as well as they only sell them in store.
