Double Breasted Maternity Coat
This is a seriously hot buy, so much so that online only sizes 8 and 10 are left, so move quickly. I know I will be… It’s got a pleated front which will fall over your bump in a flattering manner avoiding the whole overstuffed sausage look and it’s got buttoned cuffs. As it’s only available in black, accessorise with a great hat, scarf, and gloves, and of course your foxy handbag. Wool mix, dry clean only. At £35, this is a brilliant, great value buy.
Ornate Broach Jacket
If you want a shorter look jacket, this ornate broach jacket which has a buttoned swing style could be just the ticket. It’s got three quarter length sleeves which adds to the 60s vibe and has pleat and yoke detail. Wool mix, dry clean only. Also £35.
Chunky Batwing Cardigan
Cardigans, especially chunky ones are a wardrobe staple of mine, pregnant or not. This grey batwing styled cardigan is in 100% acrylic and will drape and fit around you. It’s the type of thing you could wear throughout your pregnancy. Team with skinny jeans/trousers and long sleeved tops or shirts. £25
Check Shirred Shirt
Check is hot, hot, hot this season and if you want it in your maternity clothing, the high street is the place to go to keep up with the trends. I’ve mentioned this 100% cotton shirt before and it’s still a great value basic, especially if you have lots of plain stuff in your maternity wardrobe. The gathered hem should keep the drafts off your bump and I love the frill detail. £16
