I realise that despite the credit crunch and promises to the boyf that we are ‘new people’ who are not going to make so many frivolous purchases, my taste for expensive things hasn’t died.
I was over at Bebe Cannelle (we’re quite a fan of Fanny the owner who has given us a comp before and is a mama doing her business thang like us) and my eyes lit up when I saw this Teeny Tini pinafore dress which I could see the bambino strutting around in a pair of funky trainers and tights looking like a Marc Jacobs muse.
Before I get to the price, it’s a one of a kind, hand crocheted with wool, cashmere, silk and cotton, and even the buttons are individual to it. Now unfortunately (although obviously I am a changed a woman too) this dress is only available in size 6-12 months. Of course there are varying sizes amongst the Teeny Tini range which you can peruse yourself.
Oh and the price? £74.99. Crochet needles at the ready…or your credit card…
