I am a huge fan of Habitat and it is a good job I don’t have one near by or I would be tempted to spend my money there! As we have come to expect from them, this Slot Wardrobe mixes extreme style with supreme functionality.
It takes a good many years for your baby to grow tall enough to have clothes which fit in a traditional wardrobe – you end up with loads of unused space. The Slot Wardrobe is designed to give you maximum use of space in a child’s room. It has two deep drawers at the base, a long hanging space on the left and a short hanging space on the right with a shelf below. The right hand door is split into two so you can access the shelf space on its own. It measures W90 x H149 x L50cm and so won’t dwarf the room.
It is finished in a meadow green lacquered melamine. I love that they haven’t shied away from using bold colour and it will inject the nursery with a feeling of freshness. If you’re looking for some inspiration on use of colour in the nursery then head over to Ohdeedoh where they are in the final days of their Kids’ Colour Competition.
