I do so love discovering a new-to-me brand. I spotted Goodordering‘s frankly fabulous bags over on Instagram and fell instantly in love. The retro styling and palette bring to mind the sports bags of my school days, but they have all the benefits of modern materials – hard-wearing, waterproof and wipe clean. The brand was born when designer Jacqui noticed a dearth of cool, colourful unisex bike bags and decided to take on the problem herself.
The label has expanded beyond bike bags now to include shoulder bags, backpacks and, what we’re concerned with, a children’s collection. You’ll find music cases, satchels, mini backpacks, a small handlebar bag and even a changing bag – all as stylish as each other and available in six scrumptious shades: Orange, Forest Green, Navy Blue, Black, Graphite or Maroon. Kitty was gifted a mini backpack, £35, and loves it (as you can see) – the myriad pockets are perfect for her many tiny toys and it even has Velcro straps to attach to the front of her scooter. It also comes with a detachable strap, so would be brilliant for controlling errant toddlers at festivals.
