The bambino was gifted with a pair of the bumble bee slippers by Brit company Funky Feet Fashions. I’ll admit that I had got a little bored with the typical leather and suede slipper shoes but instantly loved these as they have great standout and distinctive detail, almost transforming your child’s foot into the animal. Handmade in the UK from suedette uppers with cotton linings, these are cute, fun, and very cool. Incidentally, her bumble bee pair look the business with her Adela striped trousers by Molo .
Sizes start from birth up to 5 years and there are other designs (people, flowers etc) but the animal centric ones (‘Funky Creatures’) like the pairs featured are my favourite. Starting from £17.50 – add £4 for sizes over 2 years.
