I am just loving Danafae‘s Autumn/Winter range of Danish culture inspired clothes. This is the latest in line of this fab Danish design company’s bright, funky clothes. As well as Vikings-aplenty there are also lots of mermaid designs and, er, swans (I’m not too sure what swans have got to do with Denmark, but hey-ho!).
It’s a collection mainly of tees, vests and bibs, with a few darling bonnets and a cute dress thrown in for good measure.
The colours are just gorgeous and very autumnal. Lots of berry reds, rich purples and forest greens. I especially dig the pink/red/brown/black combo and reckon this would look just as good on a baby boy as a girl (my little chappy is definitely in touch with his feminine side). The stripes are bold, the motifs are fun and the overall feel is just a little bit retro. Â
At Nordic Kids you’ll find the best range going. Plus the cute descriptions of the items always make me smile. Or you could buy straight from Danafae‘s website. It’s a tad more expensive (what with the pound being weak against the Euro as I write), the only bonus being you could treat yourself to a stripey raincoat to match your baby as you’ll find clothes for Mum there too (albeit slightly dodgy ones methinks).
Price wise at Nordic Kids you’re looking at £8.99 for a bib, £20.99 for a long sleeve body, and £30.99 for this absolutely divine pair of overalls.
