Loving these two simple line drawn wallpaper designs from (of all places) B&Q. At first glance I would have definitely assumed they were from an exclusive designer and be sold in chic boutiques but no, the DIY giant has some pretty funky designs.
The print on the left is called Birds of a Feather and has robins with Union Jack breasts. The old red, white and blue Union Jack trend is one which is thriving and this wallpaper would look great with some vintage flags to accessorise the room. On the right we have La Vie Ordinaire which has landmarks from Paris, New York and London together with everyday landmarks such as the New York yellow cab or London’s pillar boxes. I think either could be incorporated into a children’s space which won’t be grown out of in a year or two.
I did look for these online but as the B&Q website is so frustrating to navigate I gave up and I’m sending you to the stores to track it down. I know, how rude of me but when you hear it’s only £19.98 a roll I’m sure I’ll be forgiven…
