Hot diggety damn! I felt my heart race as soon I spotted this burst of sunshine yellow elephant buy in Habitat’s spring/summer 2010 collection…and then I mentally started moving furniture around and imaging explaining to the boyf about the mystery yellow elephant that’s mysteriously appeared in the room… Tee hee!
If you’ve ever been partial to French company iBride’s instantly recognisable pieces such as their ostrich table or Martin the Mule, you’ll already see the attraction in animal shaped furniture. There’s no extra detail yet on the Habitat site about what this is made of but it cuts a fine price at £89 and will certainly be a talking point in a kids bedroom or playroom. Should be arriving in stores and online some time in February… Hot! There are some more animal-centric buys in the forthcoming collection including coat hooks, a mirror and a rug. I’ll showcase them asap!
