Any day now (they say ‘mid’ September), French Connection will be launching their new collection of baby clothing, fc:baby. It’s all block colours, dots, stripes, and bold bird, flower, and star prints with a fairly traditional colour palette – blue, white, and grey for both sexes plus muted pinks and purples for the girls. It’s PJ’s, sleepsuits like the pink and grey pictured, dresses and leggings, tops and bottoms, and soft toys amongst other pieces.
No doubt aiming to appeal to diehard fans who have either crossed the threshold into parenthood or who are gifting someone, whilst they haven’t gone wild, that’s not really French Connection’s style, going more for classic, on trend pieces.
