Ooh, I’m starting to feel all overexcited as it’s December tomorrow which signals shopping time – woohoo! Of course, you’ll probably be buying little treats to go in advent calendars and Christmas stockings and these three are my current favourites.

I like Lisa Stockley’s stockings for entirely different reasons – minimalist with a sense of humour, on the other side it’s got vintage Christmas type fabric. Made from 100% cotton, the ‘ho, ho, ho’ side is handprinted. £10 each
A new favourite of mine are these little heeled stockings in stunning African fabrics by Folksy seller Redskinbags. Perfect for shoe addict mums like myself, they’re the right size for mini gifts. £6.90 each
