I’ve noticed that many of ToddlerGeek’s chums have acquired a trike recently. Although now I come to think of it, I haven’t seen them use the pedals.
The Cheeky Chick is a trike with a difference. There are no pedals as it is designed for the toddler who is too posh to push. The concept is simple enough, they get around using foot power and are close enough to the ground that they can easily stay balanced. It has a funky green curved body and the front wheels can be folded down to make for easy transportation. It also has an optional bar which you can use to give a helping hand. It is so smart it even won itself a Red Dot Design Award. I think if you are looking for a trike for a 1 year old this is definitely a contender. Suitable from 12 – 36 months.
