Want all the fun of a festival but not a fan of the great outdoors? Well, fear not, for this year even tentphobics can enjoy amazing extravaganza of wonderment that is Camp Bestival with a day ticket. Come and join Nat, Claire and myself (and our little ones) as we rough it and you retire to a boutique b&b or head home to the comfort of your own bed for the night. Labrinth, Mark Owen, Richard Hawley and Grandmaster Flash will be there too, so you’ll be in good company. Adult tickets are £65.50 each and children under 11 go free, although you’ll need to book a ticket for them. Incredible value as the range of activities for kids are second to none, including dance workshops with Matthew Bourne’s New Adventures, beatboxing with Shlomo, the Insect Circus, Erth’s (sic) Dinosaur Zoo, Horrible Histories and, of course, the inimitable Mr Tumble.
