Everyone at BG is a fan of Oliver Jeffers (and his fabulous books for children), so the prospect of a theatre adaptation of Up and Down was a real thrill. The multi-sensory show, from the Gaga Theatre Company, will feature a combination of live theatre, music, lighting and projections and is (refreshingly) suitable for children of all ages – even babies. It lasts 45 minutes and tickets cost £12 each – see it at various Picturehouse venues across London (Hackney, Clapham, Brixton, Stratford East, Notting Hill and Greenwich) between 18 October and 3 November. Can I put in a request for it to come to the Duke of Yorks in Brighton too, please?
