Ever since I saw preview photos of the collection on M is for Make I have been eagerly awaiting the day Boden released its first maternity collection and today it has arrived.
The collection is made up of 11 key styles each of which is available in several colourways or prints. From white jeans to ditsy dresses it is everything you expect from Boden clothing mixing both stand out pieces with good everyday basics. Given that many shops are still running limited maternity collections and sticking to ‘safe’ styles I think this collection will be a breath of fresh air for this season. I’m loving the look of their over bump jeans and the everyday tee (pictured below). What I am loving even more is the sizes which range from a 6 to a 22 – a pretty rare occurrence in maternity wear. My only bugbear is the site navigation – when in a product clicking ‘previous’ or ‘next’ takes you into their regular collection rather than through the maternity collection.
