Back in July, I got myself in a tizz when bloom’s alma urban cot became available in the UK and now bloom (they like their name spelt in lower case…), have upped the ante with their luxo cotbed. Just like its sibling, it features a space-saving, folding design, only now instead of it being a cot that lasts for 2 years, the luxo goes from cot to toddler bed lasting till they’re around 4 years old.
Once again there’s no tools required for the patented quick assembly and it’s made from solid, sustainable birch with a low VOC finish. It even features a dropside, which is often missing from cotbeds, so it’s all round impressive plus it’s got 4 sleek lockable castor wheels for ease of mobility.
If you love the Leander cotbed, you’ll love bloom’s luxo as it echoes the oval design but has a normal mattress plus the additional features.
Aside from the cappuccino design shown, it’s also available in natural and coconut white. Of course high design with bells and whistles and the sheer versatility doesn’t come cheap – £650 and that excludes mattress.
Available from stockists including John Lewis and Lula Sapphire.

Dear Sirs
I have a Bloom Luxo Sleep baby bed Model No. 10354 and I wish to purchase the correct mattress for it please. According to the instructions for the cot the mattress should be 700mm wide x1350mm long. For your information, the cot is curved at each end. I hope that you can assist please.
Many thanks
