As you’ll know from my post about Alfie’s recent birthday party, we’re all about the science in this house. Electronics are a particular favourite and Alfie and his dad are currently making a weather station using Arduino. So, I had to feature Bare Conductive‘s fantastically ingenious products when I happened upon them the other day. The East London-based company’s cute products are designed to get kids into electronics  and technology by making them accessible and fun and they certainly deliver. Flashing card kits, £15 each, comprise three card designs, three LEDs, three batteries and some (frankly amazing) Electric Paint. By inserting a battery and LED, then drawing connecting lines with the Electric Paint, you can create your very own blinking nose creature card. Alternatively, Voltage Village enables you to make two glowing paper houses, £20. I genuinely love projects like this – educational and inspiring, but with plenty of wow factor for little ones. Can’t wait to see future launches.
