Ooh, I wish I’d discovered these while I was compiling my Christmas pyjamas post. London-based label Ava & Luc was established by Janice Rokita and Vicki Leaver to address their irritations with children’s clothing (wishy washy colours, itchy labels, too small necklines).
The capsule collection of PJs, playsuits and long-sleeved t-shirts is ethically produced in India from organic cotton and coloured with eco dyes. The colour palette comprises ultramarine blue, lime green and fiery red and designs are either black and white dinosaurs or safari animals.
I love the repeated print on the pyjamas, £19.99, and rompers, £16.99, and the quirky wraparound appliques on the tees, £15.99. Sure to satisfy the most fashion-conscious of little ones.
