I’m always keeping an eye out for maternity wear (no I’m not pregnant ) because there isn’t a great deal of choice particularly on the colour front. There’s a lot of jersey and wraps, which is understandable but the lack of imagination with colour can be wearing. Lithuanian designer Irene Bulotiene is behind Alice B, a maternity range that features a lot of dresses in flattering colours, cuts with a hint of retro and a few prints for work, play, and going out. My favourites are the yellow (surprise surprise) and the wool russet coloured dress (below) which is right up my street.
