Oh my gosh, how divine are these wooden toys from Netherlands-based Watermelon Cat Company? I love the balancing circus animals, about £23, but you can also choose from strongmen, a lion tamer and his pet or a stacking clown. Each set is handmade and hand-painted, so completely unique and individually numbered. I think they would all work just as well as a decoration on a shelf in the nursery. Straight onto the Christmas list.
