Born, as so many businesses are, out of frustration at not being able to find cool, stylish practical products, Tiba + Marl spells the end of ugly cumbersome changing bags. The brainchild of London mamas Anna Tizard and Lydia Barron, who both have fashion accessory backgrounds, the collection consists of five styles – the Elwood backpack, £115, the Raf holdall, £120, the James satchel ,£120, the Mabel tote, £115, and the Etta clutch, £35 – with a palette of black, dark floral and leopard print. Each bag comes with everything you’d expect from a changing bag: a padded changing mat, insulated section for bottles, elasticated cup holder and a removable wet bag, plus lots of pockets and an internal key clip. You can also buy special clips to enable you to attach it easily to your pushchair. And after your little one is out of nappies, you won’t have to decommission your bag as they’re chic enough to do double duty as a handbag. Available direct from Tiba + Marl, or stockists such as Archie’s Boutique and Hip Little People.
