I know the Books guide is a lot of people's favourite – it's certainly mine, although it's definitely the most time-consuming to put together. I try to include something for all age groups and interests, plus a few quirky titles you may not have come across – there are over 40 this year as there so many great titles around. Hope you enjoy it! Obviously, the big stores have lots of promotions on at the moment, but do try to buy at least one book from your local or an independent online book shop – we love Smallprint, Bags of Books and The Book Nook and shopping at Bookshop.org or Hive is a great way to support indies online.
Don't forget to look at our previous guides: Advent Calendars, Pyjamas, Stockings and Sacks, Babies & Toddlers, Preschoolers, 5-7, 8-10 and 11+ – stay tuned for stocking fillers, subscriptions and the all-important grown ups guides.
