Time for the Juniors (aged eight to ten) today. Making and crafting kits are my go-to for children this age – great for keeping them away from screens. The Rainbow Skittles experiment is always a favourite in our house.
Ooh, what’s that?
It’s amazing. You just place some skittles in a circle on a plate, then pour some warm water on them. It makes a lovely rainbow pattern when the dye runs off the sweets. Its so simple, and the kids still get to eat the sweets at the end. X
We like freezing little toys stuff in water and finding the best ways to break them free!
