They first industrially produced doll in Africa, Baby DeiDei dolls originated in Ghana in the Sixties and were rediscovered by French designer Delphine Kohler, who renamed them Clonette. Made from 100% recycled plastic, they are inspired by traditional woven dolls usually made from wood, grass and fabric and clutch a toy rabbit and some flowers.
