Squelch Wellies

There’s still rain in the air, so a decent pair of wellies is a must for any self-respecting puddle stomper. I love the look of Squelch Wellies – transparent boots that you team with a pair of colourful cosy socks of your choice. There are over 20 designs to choose from, including ballet shoes, X-ray, animal prints, Christmas motifs, all £3.50 a pair, and even a colour-it-yourself set with pens (£10). Developed by a mama of two small people, each pair of Squelch wellies costs £16, comes in a cotton bag (avoiding the cardboard waste of a box) and 10% of profits go to foodbank charity, The Trussell Trust and school PTAs.
