Radical Reward Charts

I must admit to being a bit hit and miss with star charts in the past – they’ve just never seemed to work that well. But I’m loving the super-quirky Radical Reward Charts, where a personalised laminated mini-figure of your child moves up the numbers to reach twenty, when they can claim a reward. The designs are fab – we chose Reedy River, which proved extremely appealing to a four-year-old nature fanatic. I like the idea Alfie can move up the chart for anything good he does, not a specific task, so tidying his room has the same value as doing a nice thing for Kitty. Seems to be pretty effective so far, so fingers crossed. There are six weird and wonderful charts available, each costing £14, including personalised figure and postage.
