Our very own Kat first put me onto Hampshire-based design consultancy Peagreen and I’ve been a massive fan ever since. Their collection of limited-edition prints are not only outstandingly original, but extremely well-priced, at £45 each. The latest additions to the online shop blew me away, so I had to share a few with you.
You might recognise Michael Matthews’ style from his fabulous wrapping paper in Paperchase – this lush green print, top, is appropriately entitled Jungle Boogie combining as it does animals and musicians. Andy Cross’s Tiger Tiger, above, is perfection – orange is a great accent in neutral children’s rooms and the beetle on the tiger’s nose is just adorable.
Mr James Bright (that’s his name, I’m not being overly formal) has some great work on the site, including a fantastic pirate ship print, but, for obvious reasons, I’ve chosen Alf as my favourite. The monochrome would be brilliant on a primary coloured wall.
And finally, what post would be complete without an owl! Dan Walters’ original Owl Be Okay was a sell-out hit, but thankfully he’s revived the cute little fella as Superfly Owl, gliding across a starry blue sky. Twit twoo!
